What's new

(October 24, 2011) We still have a backlog of transcripts from the User Experience podcast. Recently added transcripts of older interviews are one with Joel Spolsky, on technical support, Jason Furnell, on designing for mobile devices, and the very bright Ken Carroll explaining that Community is not a tech thing.

(October 14, 2011) We added two book reviews to our reading list: "Beyond the Usability Lab" and "Practical Speech User Interface Design".
