Information & Design is a small usability consultancy based in Melbourne, Australia.

We provide usability, user experience design and information architecture services to a wide range of clients.

We also have an underlying philosophy that usability can, and should be an integral part of the design process, carried out in-house by the organizations themselves as far as possible.

Information & Design is driven by the vision of its founder & director, Gerry Gaffney.

Gaffney states that 'we are lucky enough to have a small set of experienced consultants, who can come together on a project-by-project basis, to provide maximum benefit to our clients'.
